Bottle @MBCC 2025, Green Session. Oily very dark red. Perfumy honey and red berry aroma. Sweet honey flavour, sweet woody, heavy dark red berries.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a deep dark purple, no head. Aroma has intense, rich honey nectar, deep currants, but not getting the amburana. Flavour is super rich, with intense jammy berries, deep honey nectar, and a touch of wood. Tons of jammy berries. Intense but very good.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, green session. Pours opaque mahagony. Dark cherries, honey, bourbon, and amburana on the nose. Flavour has dark cherries, dark honey, bourbon, and great amburana wood throughout. Excellent.

Very sweet with loads of honey. Way too sweet with low acidity as for the cherry mead. Needs more fruit.
