Blend of 1,2 and 3 years old lambic with locally picked elderflower from 2023 & 2024. We barrel aged the 2023 elderflower for a year in a Burgundy barrel. Befor bottling, we added a small amount of young lambic - technically making this blend a geuze... with elderflower.
This is a mix of 7 different handpicked varieties of elderflower.

Bottle @MBCC 2025, Blue Session. Nearly clear golden white head. Floral funky aroma. Slightly rough funky citric flavour, juicy berries and fruit.

Bottle, directly from Bofkont 2025 release. Color: Lightly hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma: Elderflower, funky, fruity tart berries, some wood. Taste: Medium tartness, some vinegar, fruity gooseberries and unripe grape, lime. Floral elderflower notes. A little elderflower bitterness. Some wood and rural funk. Medium body, below average carbonation. Nice and refreshing, although I've had better balanced elderflower Geuzes.

MBCC 2025, Blue Session. A slightly hazy orange golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of grape must, wood, brett, peach. Taste of intense sour red grapes, wine, peach.
