Super clean and dry. Ample sun-dried pale grains, biscuits, a nip of bitter dirty hay, earth, grass. Lively carb and massaging feel. Dry and. Utter finish. Tidy and lean. A grower.

Bottle. HOTM. Hazed pale straw colour. Sticky lasting white froth. Nose has clean dry grain. Fusty lemon rind. A little leafy and herbal. Bit of a buggy yeast character. Taste is dry and lightly bitter. Very clean on the palate. Dry light bitter finish.
