Bottle from Saucy Pears. Appearance - light golden with a decent head. Nose - light honey, lemon and barley. Taste - more lemon barley water. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - it has an unfair advantage in being the first of the evening after a warm afternoon.

500ml bottle, forgotten the provenance to be honest. Pours clear pale golden yellow, thin, short-lived white head. Aromas of light honey, light spice. Taste is sweet, but not too honeyed, decent spice kick at the end. Not bad.

Bottle from B&M, Leeds. Mostly clear yellow with a very thin head. Has a pleasant light honey sweetness in both aroma and taste and more stated in the former. It’s fairly smooth textured too.

Bottle from B&M. Slightly hazy gold, with a big white head and next to no carbonation. Aroma of lemon and cereal malts. Easy, sweetish drinking with some sherbet lemons and slightly husky malts, before a moderately bitter finish. Ok.
