On tap at Garden Path, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of barnyard funk, hay, and rustic graininess. Flavour is buggy and complex, with a wonderfully complex barnyard funk, lots of hay, low-level phenols, and toasted grains. Complex funk—not much phenolic character. Excellent.

I placed this in "untraditional" for lack of anything else to call it - it's a blend, but I wouldn't call it a gueuze. Anyway, I had it on tap at Great Northern (RIP). Hazy, pale tan. Thin head. Earthy and buggy, good lambicish character. Honey floral notes but lots of acidity. Good complexity and body, too.
