Some things take time, like building a brewery of our own or finally brewing the Pilsner we’ve had in mind for a long time. 
Work in Progress is more than just a name, it’s a reflection of the long road we’ve taken to get here. And what better way to celebrate than with a true-to-style Czech Pilsner. Decoction mashed, hopped with noble Saaz and patiently lagered for six weeks to bring out its crisp and clean perfection.

Pilsner malt creates a light, balanced body while the extended lagering smooths everything out. Saaz hops do the rest, delivering delicate floral, herbal and spicy notes with just the right amount of bitterness to keep things refreshing. It’s unfiltered, deeply satisfying and worth the wait.

Tap @MBCC 2025, Blue Session. Clear golden white head. Malty aroma, floral, some paper. Sweet malty flavour, light, some more paper in the bitterness.

Pours light hazed pale yellow with a lacing white head. Aroma: mixed spices, horse blanket and hay. Taste: floral and grainy Saaz.

Golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is grassy, herbal, floral and some mild grainy tones to it. Flavour is floral, grassy, herbal and some mild bready malts to it. Crisp and nice Pils.

Can at Proefsalon Kisjes, Meppel. Grainy with straw, bready grains, grassy noble hop, touch of hay. Moderate bitter with low sweetness. Nice grainy malt, Saaz hop, fine Czech Pils well done Folkinge for brewing a good Lager for a change.

MBCC 2025, Blue Session. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh grassy hops, grainy malt, spices. Taste of fresh grassy hops, pale malt, straw, spicy hops.
