750ml wired cork bottle from Cat in the Glass, for #rgpm. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, yellow gold colour, fizzy white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of perry pear, fruit, flowery, funk. Taste is sweetish, perry pear, woody, tangy, funky, floral, with citric acidity and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
