Handpump @Mad for Beer (Rome). Chiara, non molto limpida, schiuma bianca, media, persistente. Al naso sentori terrosi, note citriche, pesca, gelsomino, malto, lievitosa. In bocca è molto modesta, ha un profilo di malto medio-leggero, ma comunque non bilanciato da una luppolatura modesta. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Andrebbe rifinita molto, e bisognerebbe osare di più.

On tap somewhere in Trieste-Italy. Biscuit amber pour, medium foam. Nose: incense, garlic note, residual malts. Mouth: mild and easy, a bit confusing choice of malts/hops although it meets expectations roughly.
