Very herbal, ruffage, weed whacking nose, touch of honey.
Honey, breakfast cereal, very bitter foliage, bit of white grapefruit. Bittersweet & potent.
Moderate-light tannic, very veggy bitterness, off-dry, hidden strong acid.
