Two harvested mid-summer and one harvested late in the fall. The main share being quite caramel-forward in flavor.

Mallard and Opal
Maturation on Madagascan vanilla beans.

Bottled at Winter Affair 2026. Red body. Enormous caramel and vanilla blasts in the aroma, along with alcohol and a bit less fruit, smooth. Caramel, vanilla, berry touches, smooth notes, honey, clean, warming, tasty! The barrel and vanilla took over, and I'm not complaining!

Tap at Zichovec Winter Affair 2026. Great. Just great. Lots of honey, BBA only light, complementary. Fruity, great.
