ZincFest2025 (2025 Vintage 1,5l bottle). Hazy amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is berries, some dry wood, mild tartness and mild red wine like tones. Flavour is very similar, but nicely funky with some mild acidity also. Nicely dry palate.

Vintage 2025. Hazy amber colour, tiny off-white head. Tart berries in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Sour, berries, red wineous flavour. Balanced. ZincFest 2025.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a clear pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma has tart plums, floral notes, some wild yeast, and a touch of oak. Flavour is moderately acidic, with floral plums, light acetone, and a touch of oak. Too much acetone, but there’s some nice bugginess underneath. Decent.
