10 Heads High is loosely based on our awesome 2011 Prototype beer Hops Kill Nazis.
This is an uncompromising 7.7% Imperial Red Ale loaded high with American Hops.
Think of this as an Imperial India Rd Ale, or a super-charged version of 5am Saint.
Either way this is a seriously good beer!

33cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours a dark toffee colour with an orange hue. There are very gentle bubbles and a very big fluffy fawn head. The nose has grapefruit and just a hint of toffee. The taste has toffee, biscuits, probably some hazelnuts in there and the grapefruit cleans it all up on the finish. The palate is medium bodied with a creamy texture and very balanced finish - not too dry, not too sweet. Overall, yes I like this - a few extra dimensions going on.
