We’re thrilled to announce the release of Blueberry Pilot Twelve, our latest small-batch mead. This is the twelfth iteration in our ongoing pursuit to create the best blueberry mead possible. Like its predecessor, Pilot Eleven, Twelve is made without any added water, allowing the fruit to speak for itself in full intensity. If you loved Eleven, you’ll find Twelve to be very similar—rich, expressive, and beautifully balanced.

375 bottle. Purple pour with no head. The aroma is big and bold with blueberries and some honey. The taste is crazy good mixed berries. There seems to be a bit of woody tannins in there too. The palate is full and viscous. Finishes long and sticky sweet. Overall: Decent--I'd drink this every day if I could.
