This amber ale is brewed with some darker malts and the classic combination of the finest fuggle and golding hops. The drink of choice for those who like a bit more bite in their bitter.

Cask at the Duke William during the RateBeer Black Country Bus Bash. Pours clear gold with a very tight, white cream head. Tangy, dry citrus aroma with dry dough, too. Light sweet flavor with dry banana, citrus and mildly astringent hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Mellow bitter hay finish, some orange. OK.

Cask at the Duke William, Stourbridge, on the RB Black Country Bus Bash - 06/07/13. Clear golden with a thin off white head. Nose is malty, bready, dark fruit. Taste comprieses sugars, bready malt, light yeasty tones, orange. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry bitter finale. Mediocre stuff which is how I found most of Craddocks beers at this session.

Cask at the Duke William, Stourbridge. Poured a clear light amber with a thin white head. The aroma is weak malt. The flavour is medium bitter, malty, with a little citrus zest on the palate. A super ale.
