A New England IPA brewed in collaboration with Dalons Brewery from Réunion Island and WHC Lab, a yeast producer. We dry-hopped it with Riwaka, Motueka, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin, and fermented it with Yellow Flower yeast, isolated from Dalons Brewery. These yeast bring intense tropical fruit and exotic spice vibes to the beer!

500 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 6.4%. Hazy pale yellow colour, moderate to small white head. Moderate aroma of citrus, hints of tropical fruits and yellow flowers. Citric and floral flavour, quite nice. A moderate but noticeable bitterness in the finish.

Canned 500ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Murky yellow coloured, medium sized white head, fruity and mild elderflower in the nose. Tropical fruits, light citrusy, notes of elderflower and bit floral with bitterish finish. Light juicy as well.
