A traditional english ale. Classic Maris Otter malt and Golding Hops combine to produce a mellow, smooth ale, with moderate bitterness and delicate spicy hop character.

Cask @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Dark amber with a thin head. Its aroma is sweet and its taste is grain.

Cask at The Anchor, Digbeth, Birmingham. Poured a clear dark amber with a thin white head and loads of lace. The aroma is big malt and so is the flavour which is weak bitter but uber malty! The bitterness does linger into the aftertaste though for a refreshing session ale.
