Our hazy IPA, brewed in collaboration with the haze masters at @otherhalfnyc, is here to shine! Brooklyn Diamonds is built on a pillowy-soft base of unmalted white wheat and malted oats, with Citra Dynaboost bringing the citrus energy up front. Then we hit it with a dry hop of Nectaron, Simcoe, and Enigma-layering in ripe stone fruit, sticky tropicals, and a whisper of dank.
Smooth, juicy, and cut like a gem.

Poured from an undated 16 oz can.
Aroma is hop forward and fruity with lots of juicy tropical fruit including mango, guava, passion fruit,t berries and stone fruit. Light dank, oily notes. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes.
Pours a hazy, murky, dull, yellow straw color with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers on the edges. Fairly high amount of lacing and small legs.
Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderate bitterness and light alcohol notes. Fairly strong juicy fruity hop notes with mango, passion fruit, guava, strawberry and stone fruit. Much lighter dank, oily resin.
Mouthfeel is medium full bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid hazy IPA with a ton of juicy fruity hop notes. The hop notes on the flavor come off a bit over ripe, but are great in the aroma. Fairly easy drinking for a hazy IPA.
