While traversing the peaks, fog rises from the tree line, migrating across the sloping ground like a ghostly herd. Sitting above the clouds and under the shadow of the mountain’s open jaws, you’ll find Brewster Hut. The only evidence of humans in sight, the hut appears like a discarded brick from some abandoned project; our hubris checked against the power of these elder terrains. Brewster Hut is a New Zealand IPA utilizing a classic combination of Southern Hemisphere hops. Pouring a glowing yellow color with peaks of sticky white foam, bright tropical aromas float from the glass. Rakau and Nelson hops burst with notes of apricot, white grape, red plum, and ripe pineapple. We hope you enjoy this beer among friends with an equal sense of adventure.

Can in a trade with Chalumeaux, Thank you TJ. Aroma is Large amounts of passion, fruit and white grape. Wow this crop gives off huge, tropical notes of passion fruit with a soft black peppery undertones. With just a ton of juicy white grape throughout. Maybe even some pink guava. Texture is dry, yet juicy. Wow, delightful !

Pours a hazy, gold-banana, with mid-sized head. Aroma is a juicy mix of citrus, tropical fruit, and stone fruit. Flavors follow. Soft mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness at the finish.

Charlton draught, 5/28/25.
Heavily hazy, bronze-maize-golden. Small, white head.
Deep spice with unripe guava, a touch of passion fruit like earth and acidity and a mix of honey and cracker-like notes from the malt.
Juicy, spicy, lots of soft tropical fruit and a bit of passion fruit and green guava with good acidity. Biscuit and honey drying nicely on the finish which is full of white grape, more guava and light mineral. Maybe a touch short on the finish, which dulls a bit (though a vague spiciness remains).
