Sitting above the clouds and under the shadow of the mountain’s open jaws, you’ll find Brewster Hut. The only evidence of humans in sight, the hut appears like a discarded brick from some abandoned project; our hubris checked against the power of these elder terrains. Brewster Hut is a New Zealand IPA utilizing a classic combination of Southern Hemisphere hops. Pouring a glowing yellow color with peaks of sticky white foam, bright tropical aromas float from the glass.
