Traditional German wheat ale that is kettle soured for a tart flavor profile and thirst quenching finish. The addition of cherries create a nice, sweet balance paired with a beautiful berry hue.

Brewery draught, 10/26/25.
As pictured.
Round and fruity cherry with vanilla and mild pepper. Easygoing lacto all softened by chewy, nutty wheat. Vinous.
Fruity, juicy, dry cherry with pepper and lots of skin. Vinous lacto tartness with soft wheat and low acidity.
Juicy and vinous. Low acidity, biscuity wheat and soft cherry juice and skin. Nice and highly carbonated. Dry and quenching with tons of flavor for its size.

Pours hazy orange into a tumbler. No head. Lactic cherry aromas. Sharp with lactic aspirin upfront turning to mild cherry before the medium length marshmallow finish.
