A limitált kiadású Soproni Szűretlen sört márkánk fennállásának 130. évfordulójára alkottuk meg. Szándékunk, hogy ezzel a különleges főzettel, melyben a tradíció és az innováció tökéletes harmóniában találkozik, egy népszerű, minden nemhez és generációhoz szóló terméket hozzunk létre.
Évfordulós újdonságunkat a klasszikus lagerünkből fejlesztettük, a végeredmény pedig egy friss, komlós-citrusos karakterjegyeket hordozó sörkülönlegesség lett. A lager alapot megtartva, a szűrést elhagyva egy testesebb, opálos megjelenésű, 5%-os alkoholtartalmú sört kreáltunk. A Szűretlen lager citrusos zöngéje üde lendületet ad, textúrája frissítő ízvilágot eredményez, így tökéletesen illeszkedik a mai sörkultúra kifinomult elvárásaihoz.

Opalescent amber colour, moderate sized creamy ecru-ish head; aroma of citrusy, bread crusty, so.e herbal, floral and orange peel oils; well balanced bittersweet taste with similar notes to the aroma; quite like a hoppy wheat beer; it's clearly beyond my expectations

0.5l can. Opaque golden body with a white head. Aroma and taste of lemon juice, bready malts, grains and some slight medicinal notes. It has a bit of wheat beer character. Medium body, average carbonation. Drinkable beer but this artificial citrusy character is a bit weird for me.

Canned 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & Hrabren. Hazy golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, light perfumed lemony nose. Sweetish malty, light citrusy, grainy and light yeasty touch with dry sweet finish.

0.5l from either Lidl or Spar at the Bartók square. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Weirdly sharp lemon burst before it coalesces into a radlery lemon candy maltiness aroma. BIt dryish, but smooth enough taste, some generic maltiness and that weird citric note, ending mildly astringent. Dunno, solid, but kinda lacks drinkability.

0.5 l can thanks to Ogi and Marko who brought it from Hungary, shared with them. Unclear golden, small off-white head. Aroma is citrus detergent, quite intense, not the worst. Thin, sweet, citrusy, grainy. Creamy. Smooth, soft carbonation. Sweet finish, minimal bitterness.

0,5 can. A doboz olyan, mint a normál Sopronié, csak fejjel lefelé van a felirat fele. A sörnek szép nagy fehér habja volt, szűretlen, szép kinézetű. Illata enyhén gyümölcsös, gyógyszeres, gyantás, közben malátával keveredik. Test közepes, szénsav nem vészes, pont jó. Van íze, még utólagos keserűség is egész sok. Az íze sokkal jobb mint az alap-sopronié, sokkal gyümölcsösebb, picit búzasörre emlékeztető, narancsos hatású. FIinom volt.

The aroma is slightly fruity, medicinal, resinous, mixed with malt. Medium body, carbonation is not terrible, just right. It has flavor, even quite a bit of aftertaste bitterness. The flavor is much better than the basic Soproni, much fruitier, a bit reminiscent of wheat beer, with an orangey effect. It was delicious.
