A premium, organic certified, Italian beer appealing to drinkers of quality lagers and light ales. Its crisp and refreshing character suitably reflects the snow fields adorning the nearby mountain peaks.
Selected organic malts, organic hops such as Perle, Cascade and Saaz (locally grown at high altitude) plus Italian yeast dovetail with brewer Melchiori’s ‘Eco-sustainability’ of using local ingredients both for their beers and ciders.
The purity of Trentino water has led to the establishment of a number of craft breweries in the region. The springs of Val di Non are fed from sources at an altitude of over 1,000 meters in the Dolomites (Italian Alps).

Bottle. Bier Huis Ossett. Faint haze on a pale gold. Good lacing lasting white foam. Slightly rubbery or maybe metallic on the malt front. Crisp enough spicy hop. Drinks easy overall with light bitterness. Fairly clean. Bitter linger. Ok.
