Our May 2025 Collab Beer will be “Cat on a Hop Tin Roof” brewed with our friends from the Fat Cat Brewery in Norwich.
Founded in 2005, Fat Cat have built an enviable reputation for brewing award-winning beers of superb quality and consistency.
The beer will be hopped with two splendid German varieties, Herkules and Mandarina Bavaria on a malt base of Maris Otter, Wheat Malt, Caramalt and Rye. Expect spicy pine, black pepper and floral hints from Herkules combined superbly with mandarin and lemon citrus flavours from Mandarina. All finished off with a smooth and moreish bitterness.

Hand pulled pint in the Railway Tavern, Newport, Shropshire on 16th June 2025. Golden pour, almost clear, on top a decent white pillow of foam. Fruity front with grapefruit flavours too the fore. Dry feel throughout.

Golden with a very slight haze and a frothy white head. Soft citrus aroma, fresh and zesty with a slug of grapefruit bitterness and a long dry finish
