Keg at the Euston Tap, London. Pours clear gold with a small, foamy white head. Ripe citrus nose, some bready malts, a bit of pine. Medium to big sweet flavor, fairly sweet malts, hints of caramel, pronounced bread, light grapefruit. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly resinous, lots of bready malts, grapefruit, light orange. It’s a bit sweet but quite tasty overall.

Euston Tap. Hazy gold beer, little white head. Palate is smooth with fine carbonation. Creamy caramel malt - lots of! Odd lactose sweetness. Nugget hops are piney here and slightly minty, just a trace of citrus. Finishes crisp and semi dry. Drinkable but too much caramel and lactose for a DIPA (which this really isn’t).
