Een droge Saison met zoete karameltonen, gevolgd door de klassieke kruidige smaken van de saison-gist en eindigend met een milde hoptoets van Nelson Sauvin waar bessen en witte wijn in naar voren komen. Droog, makkelijk drinkbaar en met een hoog koolzuurgehalte. Dit bier doet je verlangen naar het dichtstbijzijnde mediterrane strand.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange, dark golden to amber colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white head. Slightly grainy, bready and spicy, malty; yeasty spicy and herbal hoppy aroma, hints of grey bread, spiced bread, some caraway, juniper berry, laurel, brown bread crust, whiffs of herbal liqueur. Taste is slightly bready, minimally grainy and spicy malty with low residual sweetness, slightly yeasty spicy and herbal hoppy, minimally alcoholic, hints of grey bread, spiced bread, herbs, herbal liqueur, juniper berry, laurel, a minimally woody touch.
Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Initially not overly appealing; grower - not bad.

Bottle courtesy of and shared with Et. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is yeasty, light citrus fruits. The flavour is light sour, with a yeasty, herbal, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation.

Aus der Flasche (bottled 18.11.2024/bbe 18.11.2025) im 2025-04 getrunken. Hier treffen bananenartige Aromnen auf einen hopfigen Saison-Charakter. Was mir neben der doch recht leichten Hopfenbitterkeit nicht so gefällt ist eine kräutige-seifige Note im Hintergrund. WIeder eine spannende Idee in der Flasche doch nichts wo ich ins Jubeln komme.

Bottle, seems to have been intended for New Year's Eve. bb 11/25. Almost clear amber with a dense white cm of head. Aroma of singed toffee and white grapes, hints of champagne breadiness. Sweet, smooth despite medium high carbonation. Alcohol drifts just beneath the surface. Brioche, grapes, grassy bitterness. Not very saisonish at all but good.
