8 oz draft. Amber color. Flavor is toffee, earthy grain, mineral, a very soft bitterness for balance. Wow! This is Schilling, Human Robot good! Awesome!!

Brewery draught, 5/21/25.
Clear amber, big head, as pictured.
Mild toast, no huskiness. Good base malt mixing with c malts creating honey, mild caramel and toffee. Excellent yeast signature with mineral and a snappy end.
Soft, richly malted with an appropriate amount of caramel malt. Aka, not very much, letting the base malt create a supple texture and big body but also yielding light toffee. Crisp, with lightly bitter, herbal hop in the finish that dries out nicely with a bit of crusty bread.
