Ruffled is a bright yellow Hazy IPA with intense aromas of mango, peach, lemongrass and lime.
On the palate it’s smooth and juicy, with soft carbonation that leads to a delicate, light finishing bitterness with notes of tangerine and wood.
Hops: Nelson Cryo, Idaho 7, Rakau, and Kohia Nelson.

Pâle sur un col blanc crémeux.
Arôme sur un bouquet plaisant – tropical et exotique, effet ‘dank’ assez marqué tout en gardant un fruité tirant vers l’abricot.
Palais sur une belle base de houblons – chargé en fruits dont pas mal de tropical et exotique – fruit de la passion et la goyave. Fini plutôt sec, malté léger et un retour houblonné rappelant l’abricot en fin de bouche. Balance des malts en support toujours avec ce caractère rond de l’avoine.
