A Czech-Style Dark Lager brewed in collaboration with Jerry Pringle, winner of our 8th birthday home brewing competition, this beer is a real treat! We were blown away during the judging by its supreme balance and depth of flavour. Expect layered notes of dark fruits and toasty malts but with a dry and super clean finish. 440ml can. Pours a very dark brown, beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, dried fruits. Taste is the same, dark malts, dried fruits, roasty toasty bread, chocolate, caramel, bittersweet. Medium bodied.

Can bought at the brewery. Dark inky. Delicate foamy beige head. Aroma had sour berries and roadt coffee. Underlying malts and a yeastie edge. Tangy but sweet berries and citrus over light cold brew coffee. Sour and bitter with a sweet streak. Metallic and yeastie element are more obvious into the finish. Medium bodied. Creamy. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish hits the spot.

Pours dark brown with a lasting and lacing tan head. Aroma: burnt caramel, roasted malts, figs and light chocolate. Taste: figs and roasted malts. Very roasty palate.
