Single variety medium perry. A balance of sweet and sharp, with soft tannins. A hint of grapefruit and cream soda. Made in a small batch of 170 litres, from full juice, using wild yeasts and the pet nat method to give a natural sparkle and sweetness. Unfiltered and unpasteurised. 750ml. 5.3%.

Panda from danlo, cheers Ed. Pours straw gold with dissipating opaque bubbles. Aroma: perry pear, citric, mild funk. Taste: moderate sweet, perry pear, floral, low tannins with a light acidity just cutting through. Super mellow. Lightly dry finish. Medium body with low carbonation.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass, for #rgpm. Sparkling, pale yellow gold colour, white fizzy foam head that quickly diminishes, and aroma of perry pear, minerals, grapefruit, citric. Taste is sweet, perry pear, floral, fruity, grapefruity, with citric acidity and alittle soft tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying peary fruity lemony finish. Nicely drinkable.
