Reviewed from notes.
Can to lager glass.
Appearance: yellow semi-cloudiness with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated gently to leave some light lace
Aroma: lemon to mixed citrusy hops up front, slight grassy hop spice in the secondary with a great baked bready maltiness
Flavor: pretty mucy copies the aromas in a sweet to brisk bitter sort of way; clean finish of crisp lemon to mixed citrusy tones & the baked bread
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, crisp smoothness
Overall: I liked this one a lot but it left me guessing if how close it was to a true German pilsener. I guess one of those "modernized ones?" Did I get that correct?

Pours a lightly hazy, pale golden yellow, with minimal head. Aroma is bready, with citrus, pine, grass. Flavors follow. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.

Can from source: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is light lemon, crackery biscuit. Taste is sweetish, lightly citric, amazingly clean. Fine stuff. Really top grade.

Brewery draught, 5/21/25.
Clear Lemon-brass. Frothy, white head, spotty.
Feathery, floral, lemony hop with sugar cookie and angel food cake. Good maltiness, gentle acidity. Clean, of course.
Soft and malty, lots of lemon, dainty honey and white bread with gentle bitterness. Bready, light sourdough, herbal and lemon notes longer with a malty, well-attenuated texture.
