Pours a lightly hazy, pale golden yellow, with minimal head. Aroma is bready, with citrus, pine, grass. Flavors follow. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.

Can from source: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is light lemon, crackery biscuit. Taste is sweetish, lightly citric, amazingly clean. Fine stuff. Really top grade.

8 oz draft. Fresh bread, mineral. Flavor of mild lemon, baked bread, soft bitterness. Balanced extremely well. Super crisp texture. Clean!!

Brewery draught, 5/21/25.
Clear Lemon-brass. Frothy, white head, spotty.
Feathery, floral, lemony hop with sugar cookie and angel food cake. Good maltiness, gentle acidity. Clean, of course.
Soft and malty, lots of lemon, dainty honey and white bread with gentle bitterness. Bready, light sourdough, herbal and lemon notes longer with a malty, well-attenuated texture.
