Cosmic Echoes returns with another dynamic blend showcasing a fusion of two stouts, a barleywine, and a barrel that held both quad and munichwine together. This is always one of our favorite blends to compose, and this vintage may be our new favorite. The 4th blend of our signature style-bending strong ale, this release of Cosmic Echoes reverberates notes of baking spice, milk chocolate ganache, candied almonds, and dark English toffee.

Tap at the new tasting room. Pours clear mahogany, small tan head, hint of lacing. Aroma is rich vanilla, bourbon, cacao, werthers. Flavor is full sweet, light plus bitter. A bit hot. Medium body, silky mouthfeel. Solid beverage. Not sure why it's not getting the love!

50cl bottle. Leggy brown no head. Cocoa and malt and brown sugar. Huge booze. Very hot. Maple. Wooooo. 7 6.5 6 6 6

Bottle at the DCBeer May share. Poured a very dark brown, almost black color with a small tan head. Aroma was chocolate, boozy notes. Vanilla, woody barrel, and sweet toffee. Some kind of leafy character.
