Our friends from The Royston joined us to collaborate on this delicious piney and fruity West Coast Pale. We used super fresh Simcoe hot side before dry hopping with Simcoe Cryo and Idaho 7. Expect a beer that's bright and crisp with a clean, bitter finish.

Highly enjoyable. Nice gooey pine, sun-kissed malts, some citrus fruits, a little melon and mango. Lightly bitter. Very drinkable. Good malt backbone.

Almost clear golden to copper topped with a lasting just off white head.
Nose is bitter orange, grass, pine needle, crisp malts, melon, grapefruit.
Taste comprises grapefruit, pine nibble, grass, airy malts, melon, bitter orange.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy pale and up the Royston ... solid micro pube.

Can bought at the brewery. Clear copper gold. Thin foamy white head. Aroma is bitter and resinous. Fruit streak. Underlying malts. Flavourwise there is a bitter resinous streak but it's the syrupy sweet fruit that's the primary element. Some citrus sourness
, moreso into the finish. A sugariness plays off against the bitterness. Light-medium bodied. Slick if thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable.
