This bottle was exclusively issued for Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2025.
This small batch Pruim is the result of the maceration of three different old varieties of plums from Haspengouw: Simpele Altesse, Dubbele Altesse and Anna Späth. This ‘fieldblend’ of Fruitdas macerated for 3,5 months on one- and two-year old lambik. The lambikken originate from four different barrels and twelve different brews. The final fruit intensity is 372 grams of fruit per litre.

Bottle. 75cl. Split by Peter H.J aka S.P. Thanks. Pours Golden unclear.. small settling White head. Yellow plum, Stone fruit, apricot and funk. Tart Dry finish. Lovely fruit. Sophisticated pairing Well with the 3F funk. 4.1.

750ml @ 🏡 shared with Phill, Farees (thx, for the beer!), and Josh.
Aroma: funky, a lot of fruit, vanilla, sweet bakery spices.
Taste: along the same lines, some acidity and fruit, some raw water minerals.
Overall: not as good as I would expect, but it's enjoyable (Ryan! 🤪).

Murky pale pinkish, with no head. Tart, the aroma being quite plummy. On the palate it’s quite tart. There’s a bit of fruit, but less than expected. It gets tart in the finish. Less balanced than other 3F.
