"Greif Märzen", Flasche (MHD: 11.07.26) von Ambrosetti, 9.6.2026. - Tiefes Bernsteingold, klar (aber nicht blank), kurzlebiger Schaum. - In der Nase leicht scharfe, bissig orangenbittere und hopfenwürzige Hopfung über sauberem Malz. - Antrunk kernig gerstig malzig mit leiser ranziger Note (alte Hefe) und dazu passend kräftiger, schon derber orangenschalig-hopfenwürziger Bittere. Leise röstiges Malz mit blasser Karamelnote. Durchschnittlich rezent. Im Abgang weiter unfrisch und derb bitter. - Eigentlich schätze ich ja kantige Biere, aber hier sind die derben Züge für meinen Geschmack etwas zu stark ausgeprägt. Im Kellerwald-Radau fällt das vielleicht nicht so auf, daheim schon.

Bottle, brought by hand to Japan by a friend of mine. Deep golden orange color, clear, with a huge, rocky head. Malty, bready, toasty, nutty, nose. RIch toasted malts, some caramel, lots of bread. Very rich and malty. Flavor is sweet and malty. A bit simple, some caramel, bread. Definitely some fruity esters. Light citrus and herbal hops. Finish is medium bitter, rich malt, light estery fruit. This is super fresh and tasty. Simple but lovely.

Bottle at the brewery bar. Clear deep gold colour lasting beige head. Slightly malty. Hides abv well. Slightly sweet towards the finish. Full flavour in the mouth. Clean. Sweetish but its fine. Good defined flavour. Some hop noble hop builds.

Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Starts fine malty, spicy. Wheaty. Shy sweetish-grasy background. Some caramel. FInish sweetish-wheaty-malty. Not bad.
