Suché prokvašení přidává na vysoké pitelnosti.

We're kicking off our new Crispy series – a lineup of bright, clear, dry, and bitter beers. This one’s all about Nelson Sauvin, the iconic New Zealand hop known for its complex, layered profile that shines in single-hop brews. Expect a spectrum of fruit character: gooseberry, white grape, peach, lychee, mango, and a twist of lime. Fermented bone dry for maximum drinkability.

Cloudy golden orange with a white head. Fresh orange pulp, citrus, light grass, a bit of juicy fruit. Medium bodied. A bit of bitter citrus in the finish. Very fresh and juicy citrus throughout. Nice beer.

Can at Drinkoteka, thx guys! Almost clear golden body, off-white head. Grainy aroma, light oxidation, almost no hoppiness. Grainy taste, bit of herbal notes and bitterness, any fruitiness long gone, showing light oxidation. Low aromatic hoppy notes. We tried two different cans, both were the same. It appears to have gone down very, very rapidly in the last weeks... this tasted more like old Bizon than anything from NOZIB in this shape and form, sadly, and Michal definitely knows how to brow. Something went wrong here, sadly.

Nice and dry, medium to medium-high bitterness. Knocked a few points down for a muted hop aroma

Tap at Lya. Quite dry, thin body, medium carbo. Clear golden, quickly disappearing head. Med-high bitter, light sweet. Lots of winey, moderately grassy, gooseberry, light bayleaf, all around nice hops character. Clean, yeast and malt in the background. Very easy drinking, very good.
