A pet nat cider using the best bittersweet apples of 2023. Lighly sparkling with a fruity apple yet earthy flavour with a touch of the farm. Great cider to have with Shepherd's Pie.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Opened with a pop. Slightly hazed yellowy golden colour, thin white foam rim and aroma of apple, funk, wood. Taste is sweetish, appley, with earthy funk, some tartness and bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying funky tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
