Mini Copenhagen bimble with rlgk and _Angst_. Mikkeller Vik. Keg. Hazy deep amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate with trailing minerally carbonation. Light thin malts, little cream. Traces of fruits, particularly red berries under a smooth sweet pine. Light semi dry finish. Nice to get off the beaten Saison track with this one.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar Victoriagade. Pours hazy red with a creamy offwhite head that leaves lots of sticky lacing and trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty, slightly fruity, slightly grassy and rustic with dark bread, graham crackers, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, tropical fruits, pine needles, moist soil, barnyard, lemon zest and hints of balsamic vinegar. Taste slightly sour, bitter, slightly malty, slightly fruity, tiny grassy and slightly earthy with dark bread, graham crackers, caramel, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, hay, moist soil, barnyard, pine needles, minerals, fresh air, leather, lemon zest and hints of mushrooms. Mouthfeel is dry, tart, tiny astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is slightly sour and slightly bitter with bread, biscuits, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, hay, pine needles, moist soil, barnyard, leather, mushrooms, balsamic vinegar and lemon zest. Very rustic with its earthiness. Quite like it...

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar. Aroma is sweetish and malty with raisins and toasted sugar. Also ripe fruits. Flavour is somewhat sour with earthy notes, grapefruit, mild milky tones and some ripe fruits. Confusing, aroma and flavour are totally different. I like the earthy notes here.

Butterscotch and dandelion, less of the latter. Hazy copper, thick head. Dandelion is more in the forefront on the palate, but still a lot of butterscotch. Medium body, easy carbonation, decent bitterness. Not awful, but less than pristine.
