Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours very light gold with a white head. Aroma starts lime and then has a hot spice note. Med minus body. Flavor is watery lime with a hint of spice. Hot spice. Basically this is food accompaniment - i.e. slosh it down to move the food. Not terrible. The spice becomes clearly pepper, and that's an improvement.

Bottle as pictured. Pouring this pale brew you get a different smell, just not sure if its lime, or not. However, along with the good carbonation I do get a sense of lime in the taste. It tries to be radler but never quite gits thar. Some bitter lime rind effects pick up in the middle. Not sure if I pick up any pepper in this, tho. In the end that bitter lime peel thing is starting to get on my nerves. Not impressed with the finish.

Crisp, ever so slightly hazy golden coloured body with a touch of a white head, just a single centimetre tall. Aroma of pepper, lime, grain, citrus, light alcohol and a dose of cardboard - but the pepper and lime are by far the strongest. Light to Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy and grainy malt up front with a ton of lime, almost artificial tasting with some other citrus, a dose of coriander seed, a hint of grain and cardboard and a little bit of the coriander seed freshness and a touch of yeast and unfinished sugars near the end. Aftertaste is very straightforward with the malt, grain, limes and pepper and nothing else. Overall, a decent enough beer that doesn’t show too much, the label pretty much explains what you are going to get, it’s relatively easy-to-drink and applicable to summertime, but aside from that, it’s not worth trying to find unless you really love limes. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Harris Teeter in Pentagon City (Arlington), Virginia on 20-June-2017 for US$1,17 sample at home in Washington a few blocks away on 07-August-2017.
