Our take on the classic India Pale ale style - the favorite craft beer of the Northwest. This amber colored brew is loaded with four different types of hops during the brew day and then gets dry hopped. Our IPA has a huge citrus and pine character with a strong, but refined bitterness.

[2/26/15] Draught at Breakside Brewery in Portland. Clear amber. Lovely hoppy aroma full of tropical fruits. Flavor has light maltiness, lots of fruity hops and nice bitterness. Medium-bodied. Very good.

On tap at Watering Hole for American Beer Week: Oregon. Served in a shaker pint. Nice amber color with a modest off-white head. Big aromas of resin and grapefruit. Malts show on the palate through a hint of sweetness but overall this is a fruity, citrusy IPA. Great refreshingly tart citrus finish.

Thanks Dianna for sending.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a nice looking slightly hazy to semi - transparent bronzed brown to burnt orange color. The head was just a film of white foaminess just lightly gracing the top of the glass nicely.
The smell had a dry to sweet pine to grapefruit-esque sort of underspiced slight pepper. Mmmmm. ..really nice.
The taste was basically a dry sort of sweet citrus to underlying pine. A light dry citrus aftertaste accompanies a quick sweet sticky citrus/pine finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation sat nice for the style and for me.
Overall, I say this was an extremely nice AIPA I would definitely bang again.

Draft @ Rogue Broadway. Amber, slight haze, thin head. Abundant grapefruit and pine, light caramelly malts. Fruity, pithy, grapefruit, sweetish finish like grapefruit soda. It is on the chewier side, cali-style.

Poured from the tap. Orangey yellow with offwhite head. Tropical citrus and light pine hops with mild caramel malt. Very well balanced. Slightly light, but not watery.

Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours translucent gold with a near white head. Thereโ€™s a cooked stone fruit aroma, backed by some citrus and caramel. Med body or better. Flavor is citrus, peach, maybe pine. With caramel. Thereโ€™s a slight hop burn. Finishing bitter, and towards dry. Very fruity. Very hoppy. Nice stuff.

Bomber shared at a tasting, 11/3/14. Pours a hazy amber with a thin fizzy white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of floral, citrus, herbal hops, pale malt. The taste is caramel malt, piney, citrus and candied citrus hops. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness, well balanced.

On tap at Marciero it pours a golden copper with a foamy off-white head & a deliciously pungent pine & citrus aroma. Medium to full bodied with a fairly dry finish. The taste is a wonderful mix of citrus & pine plus enough malts to support the hops. Great stuff.

Nice tropical fruity nose. Malty, lots of tropical fruits, in fact a tropical fruit bomb, but the hops donโ€™t sing or shine that much. Maltier IPA, but nic balance. Pleasent drinking, though nothing mind blowing. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Tastes Like Vinyl Sounds on 24 Feb 2023 at 16:30 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7. Original review text: Medium golden brown color. Lots of guava and citrus notes and biscuit malt character. Big bitterness with good malt backbone. Nice stuff
