[ As Le Fate Pimpinella ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast, fennel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, belgium yeast, pale malt, fennel. Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 2. Clear yellow golden color, average sized white head. Massive anise aroma up front. Flavor has it too, massive anise, yeast, herbs / spices, (Dutch) "net of je vloeibare muisjes aant drinken bent", over the top anise for me.
