Heavy and boozy son of a beer, but not nearly as alcoholic as I feared. Would have believed 12%. Creamy and thick, sweet chocolate and some nice bitterness at the back. Hints of vanilla, plenty of lactose. Dangerously drinkable and very tasty.

Can. Black pour. Aroma of molasses, booze, raisin, chocolate and malt. Taste has booze, bitter licorice, chocolate, chili spice burn, chocolate, burned caramel, malt, molasses and a boozy finish. The spice is nice, but it's still too boozy, although the sweet syrupy malt helps a lot.

Can from 7,000 Jars of Beer, Kingston. Low key aroma - tarry liqourice is most prominent with underlying milk chocolate. Boozey. Dark ang glossy. Virtually no head. A few tan bubbles. It's rich. Would be medium + bitter but the edge is taken off by sour with a hint of sweetness. A boozy tang throughout. It's in the finish where sugar comes through like the bottom of unstirred coffee. A coffee drunk through a mouthful of liquor dark chocolates. Thick bodied. Oily. Flat-average carbonation. Long astringent finish. Great beer to end 2019 on. Looking forward to the Tories reintroducing feudalism in 2020.

No head on an oily cola coloured still body. Huge aroma of sherry, boozy & chocolate. Full bodied, silky smooth & greasy with a cloying back. Sherry, rum, woody, liquorice & malt tastes.

14/XII/19 - 44cl can from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte) @ Second Great Timternational Beer Geek Tasting (Gentse Biervereniging), BB: n/a - (2019-2150)

Clear black to dark brown beer, no head. Aroma: lots and lots of alcohol, ripe melons, some yeast, too much alcohol, overripe fruits, coffee and chocolate roast. MF: no carbon, full body. Taste: sweet and sugary start, more alcohol, lots of dark chocolate, sugary, vanilla, chocolate milk, very nice! Aftertaste: lots of alcohol, sugary, dark chocolate, caramel, very nice, like it a lot!

44 cl. can shared with Marijn, Taeke, Robbert en Jascha @ Robbert. Very dark brown to black with no head at all. Smells and tastes as a chocolate cake: chocolate, vanilla, raisins. Ridiculous thick body and smooth as silk. Great stuff

Thanks Shuichi for sharing! Taster showing dark brown with no head. The nose shows moderately intense notes of milk chocolate. The palate is full bodied and barely carbonated. Moderately sweet with intense flavors of milk chocolate and roasted malts on the finish.

Dark brown color. Brownies, lactose nuttiness intense nose but not overly sweet. Super Full body, semi sweet, tons of lactose, a bit too sugary but given the abv no surprise. Slightly cloying. Good but just a bit too much.
