Dark brown colour, minimal beige head (rather lacing than a real head) aroma of licorice, chocolate liqueur, dried sour cherry soaked into alcohol, dark chocolate (which becomes to be milk chocolate as it warms up), nougat, burnt sugar, nutty and slight anise notes; taste of syrupy, chocolate liqueur, alcoholic dried cherry, hot chocolate and nutty notes; spicy alcoholic aftertaste; amazing 'beer'

Jednak za duzo alko, troszka pali gardlo. Ale poza onem fajowe, geste, intensywnie czekoladowe na gorzko (chociaz piwo b slodkie), kakaowe... ciut sliwek suszonych... robi wrazenie. Takie do bardzo powolnego saczenia. 3.9?

Can shared at the Columbus tasting 18/09/2019. Many thanks! A thick chewy oily brown coloured pour with a halo tan head. Aroma is woody cinnamon, maciato, cinamon bun, brown sugars. Flavour is composed of. very sweet, bitter cinnamon, liquorice, brandy snap sugars, warming boozy, sticky. Palate is super sweet, sticky, oily, low carboantion.

Aus der Dose (bbe 07.2055) im 2019-10 getrunken. Dieses Eisbock/Imperial Stout ist eine Aromabombe. Die Röstaromen von Mokka und dunkler Schokolade werden von deine alkoholschen Süsse hervorrangend transportiert. Im Hintergrund findet sich eine leichte Waldbeerennote. Der hohe Alkholgehalt ist fast perfekt eingebunden, so daß ich hier annehmen das man dieses Bier noch 1 oder mehr Jahre lagern sollte. Aber jetzt schon ist es ein Spitzenbier.

Level 6 bottleshare. Can. Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth palate, very slightly viscous, but not 17% viscous. Decent fine carbonation. Smooth tangy dark malts, smooth espresso malts. Fruity dark malts. Spicy finish. Nice. Drinks well under the abv. Very drinkable.

Shared at THT September. Black with not much head. Sweet milk chocolate, fudge, toffee, chocolate mousse, cognac, booze, rum, creamy boozy cake. Quite sweet and boozy bitter. Full bodied. Very good, but way too boozy.

THT September ‘19. Black with a ring beige head. Aroma of milk chocolate, dark fudge, toffee, vanilla, booze, alcohol and brownies. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with a thick chewy texture, alcohol warmth in the finish and soft carbonation.

Can at THT September. Massive deep roasted chocolate malts. Big sweet and bitter, cinnamon, strong alcoholic. Thick and syruppy. Full body and soft carbonation.
