From tap at Borefts 2025. Crisp, tart, funk, notes of lemon, grape. Medium sour, nicely dry. Great beer.

Op tap bij Borefts ‘25. 2022 versie volgens het bord. Iets mistig lichtgouden kleur, dunne witte kraag. Druiven, witte wijn, friszuur, licht funky, hint van citrus, vineuze finish. Lichte body. Lekker.

Aroma is spicy y belgian yeast, super well balanced, then slightly tart really nice herbal hopping. Can't remember a better saison aroma than this
A slightly hazy golden yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of farmhouse yeast, yellow fruits, gently white grapes. Taste of sour white grapes, Riesling, brett, farmhouse yeast.

Here we go again. Tart, wheaty and slightly funky with some farmyard and bretta sourness, hints of lemon and citrus.
Light, sour, tart, fruity. Citrus and florals, soft, very nice.
