We burned the midnight oil collaborating with our friends at Weldworks Brewing Co to create one of the biggest beers we’ve ever brewed. A massive stout stuffed with specialty malts matured for 18 months in special Parker’s Heritage Whiskey barrels, the final blend radiates with sweet flavors of dark chocolate, caramel, roasted coffee, vanilla and whiskey.

Black with a brown head - Dark malt aroma with chocolate and wood barrel aroma - Dark malt body with chocolate , coffee , caramel flavours with wood barrel flavours as well - Dark malt chocolate geos into the finish - This was real good

Tap @MBCC 2024, Green Session. Oily black tan head. Heavy dark malty, coffee and choc aroma. Heavy sweet dark malty flavour, bitter boozy, coffee.

Bottle shared with John. Pour inky black with a small tan head and some lacing. Aroma is rich, fudge vanilla bourbon. Has that boozy liquor feel of parabola and extra richness from Medianoche. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter. Medium plus body, lingering loveliness. This is a great beer.
