On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy light golden, white head. Some fruit, citrus, spicy, barnyard. Yeast, moderate sweetness. Medium bodied. Balanced. Nice.

(thanks for sharing!) Sampled draft @ The Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Day 1. Hazy golden, creamy white. Nose is dirty white pepper, funk. Taste is weird funky grape, white pepper, straw, dough. Weird but pleasant.

Tap. Hazy golden color with no head. Aroma is grapes, salty, fresh yeasts. Taste is grapes, salty, wheat, barrel funk, but quite soft and balanced, some apricot flavors as well. Medium carbonation. Weird, but very nice!

Sample at Kurtkeller 027: Sante Adairius-tastic 01 on 07/30/2017. Hazy straw color with a medium thin white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Stringy lacing. Mildly funky yeast, citrus, malt and hops in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of brett yeast, mildly tart citrus, malt and a touch of grassy hops. The finish is funky with a citrus and lightly spiced hop aftertaste. Good beer overall.

Draught @ MBCC 2017. Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, light sourness, yeast, little wood, hay tart fruit, peach. Flavor is light sourness, light malt, yeast, hay, tart fruit, peach. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, light acidic finish. 130517
