Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, soda powder, minerals, yeast, hay, flowers, leafs, moss, lawn, fruit salt, oak, fruit stones. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, soda powder, fruit salt, minerals, fruit stones, weeds, hay, flowers, lawn, berry skin. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Nice.

0,05l from tap shared by / with the crew during mbcc red session. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells flowery, light funk, grassy, bit peppery, light cardboard. nice smell. medium to full body, bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of grapes, grass, peppery, light paper, flowery. finishes very dry with notes of grapes, grass and some flowers. very nice one, but a bit too dry for me. still rather enjoyable though. 7, 4, 8, 4, 15

Draught @ MBCC 2017. Pours clear golden yellowish with a small head. Aroma of funky yeastiness, farmyard, sourness and tart fruits. Taste is sourish, tart and slightly fruity with some earthy notes, farmyard and citrus. Finish is tart and sourish with some funky yeastiness. Okay.

Bottle at RBESG 2016 Grand Tasting Part 1, Brew Pub Le Sec. Very hazy straw with no head. Aroma of peppery saison yeast, brett funk, barnyard, doughy notes and citrus. Flavour is light sweet and light to light moderate bitter. Above light bodied with soft carbonation. [09-07-2016]
