On tap at Taphouse CPH, pours a clear bright golden, no head. Aroma has plenty of sugars, light mustiness, and a touch of funk. Flavour is lightly musty, with a touch of funk, gentle caramelized sugars, and crisp apple skins. Funky, musty, and yet lightly sugary.

On tap at Taphouse CPH. Pours clear pale gold. Juicy apples, tannic skins, gentle must on the nose. Flavour has plenty of sweet, juicy apples, very little tartness from the skins. Not a huge fan of the sweetness, but nicely done.

A clear deep golden colour, no head. Aroma of sweet ripe apples, sulfur, funk. Taste of sweet dry apples, sulfur, juicy tart finish.

Bottle from Scrattings. Clear glowing gold, brief fizz on top, bubbles around the edges, looks well carbonated. Aroma of sweet fruity apple juice and pith, some brown sugar and barnyard musk. Taste of tangy apple juice and core, light blossom, long but mellow bitterness finishing semi-dry. Medium bodied, smooth oiliness on palate, fine carbonation. Really nice balance to this one and quite tasty.

500ml bottle. Pours dark gold with high carbonation. Aroma is sweet woody apple and pastry. Taste has sweet apple and pastry to start with a dry finish.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Orangey gold colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, musty. Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, orangey notes, with some mellow tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.
