Bottle 750ml. @ [ TTOD(U)RBSG17 - The Tenth Official Danish (Ulfborg) Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2017 ] @ fonefan - Brugmansia house, Denmark. [ As Circle 8 Brown Ale ].Unclear medium brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, roasted, nutty, dark malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, nutty, toasted - roasted, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170819] 5-3-6-3-10

*Bottle in Hamburg. Nice typical Brown Ale beginning with hazelnuts. Moderate dry, moderate bittered, dry caramel, grain, hints of roast. Round and refreshing with a hazelnut dry-caramel aftertaste.

Bottle, 4.3%. Hazy dark brown with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, nuts and a little chocolate. Flavour is light roasted malt, caramel, toasted, little chocolate, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle, TTOD(U)RBSG17. Nearly clear brown, small white head. Coffee and nuts aroma. Nutty, malty flavour with coffee bitterness. Nicely flavourful but a little thin.

Sampled @ The Tenth Official Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2017, Day 2. A clear orange brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of roasted nuts, caramel, red malt. Taste of hazelnuts, cookies, red malt, caramel, quite nice!

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 2. Hazy red-brown color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, toasted malts, caramelized sugar, a hint of chocolate, malt / chocolate bitter finish. I quite like it, especially given the low ABV it’s quite flavorful. Nice.

75 cl bottle. Pours cloudy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, breadish to dry toffee. Dry, slight herbal. Dark roasted. Bitter and roasted finish.
