Can shared at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A clear amber brown coloured pour with a halo of beige head. Aroma is cola cubes, earthy, wet grass. Brown sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet,, jammy fruits, cola cubes. Palate is semi sweet, no life, brown sugars. Meh.

CBJ bottle share, thanks to LKS for the historic bottle. Clear amber beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Airy palate, mildly dry, not a lot of carbonation. Sherryish malts, yes some cardboard but, quite light. Mild ripe fruits, a little datey. Light semi dry finish. Pretty drinkable. 1970s, 1980s? Who knows, but the bottle was clean and well preserved.

Bottle shared at CBJ. My contribution. Has some nice jammy berry character, mellow earth, toasted malts, grape, decent oxidation. Has held up OK.
