Because we processed 300 kilos of Serbian raspberries in the kettle for this fruit bomb. Did you know that Serbia is a top player in raspberry growing? Neither did we. Can picked up from Bierothek, München and consumed in Frank at Studentenstadt P&R Wednesday 28th May 2025 after a lot of walking around München and meal out with Vangelis. Pours black with off white head. Nice mouthfeel but not as thick as expected, in fact quite smooth, easy drinking. Raspberries clearly on show here both in the mouth and aroma. Chocolate and caramel also coming through. It's a very good raspberry imperial stout, btw raspberry is one of my favourite additions to any big stout or porter.
