Donkerbruin bier met schuim. Smak is bitterzoet met iets van donkere chocolade, wat karamel en een vleug framboos die het een fris fruitige smaak geeft.

Combatiendo los más tempraneros ramalazos de frío con la primera imperial stout de la temporada, pretendiendo empezar con algo ligero y desenfadado dentro del estilo. Y recordando ademas lo mucho que se disfruta una olfateaba y un leve sorbo en una schnifter...
Color caoba oscuro, prácticamente negro, completamente opaca, espuma color canela cremosa de media retención. En nariz me destaca una deliciosa nota de frambuesa, además de cacao, malta tostada y galletas de avena. En boca es seca y ligeramente licorosa, dulzor y acidez equilibradas preceden a un final ligeramente ahumado y amargo, notas de cacao, frambuesa y café expreso. Disfrutable, alegre y bastante divertida, que rica.

Can picked up from Bierothek, München and consumed in Frank at Studentenstadt P&R Wednesday 28th May 2025 after a lot of walking around München and meal out with Vangelis. Pours black with off white head. Nice mouthfeel but not as thick as expected, in fact quite smooth, easy drinking. Raspberries clearly on show here both in the mouth and aroma. Chocolate and caramel also coming through. It's a very good raspberry imperial stout, btw raspberry is one of my favourite additions to any big stout or porter.
